Sean “Diddy” Combs is currently facing more than just a civil lawsuit, as his accuser, Adria English, steps up her legal action against him.
English, who previously sued Diddy for allegedly sex-trafficking her at one of his renowned White Parties, has now filed an official police report with the Miami Beach Police Department.
In her report, she detailed the claims from the early 2000s that were previously detailed in her complaint. However, this is the first time she has reported the event to police.
While Miami Beach PD investigators have acknowledged her claim, sources inside law enforcement have said that there is presently insufficient evidence to prosecute human trafficking or other criminal charges against Diddy, therefore he remains free of criminal charges for the time being.
The report is expected to be sent to federal officials, who are also probing the case. English’s attorney, Ariel Mitchell, expressed cautious hope about the ongoing process in a statement to TMZ.
English also hopes to file a further police report in New York City. However, this has been delayed because she needs to be physically present in New York.

According to her allegations, English first met Diddy and his entourage around 2004 while working as a go-go dancer at one of his White Parties. Performing under the stage name Omunique, she claims she took the job in the hopes of gaining a modeling opportunity for her partner.
English also says that her partner refused to do $exual activities with Diddy in exchange for the job.
The claims have increased, with English claiming that Diddy and others gave her booze laced with ecstasy and then forced her to have $ex with Diddy’s friends.
In addition to her complaint against Diddy, she is taking legal action against his associates, including Tamiko Thomas, for “emotional trauma, including intimacy issues and painful memories” that she claims to have suffered.
Diddy’s lawyer, Jonathan Davis, has responded to the allegations by maintaining his client’s innocence. Davis emphasized that regardless of the number of lawsuits filed, it does not change the fact that Diddy has never $exually assaulted or $ex-trafficked anyone.
He also highlighted the importance of the judicial process in determining the truth and expressed confidence that Diddy will prevail against these and other baseless claims in court.
