Kanye West faces an 88-page lawsuit from his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, accusing him of drugging and sexually assaulting her at a party hosted by Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.
Pisciotta, an influencer and ex-OnlyFans star, had previously taken legal action against the rapper, alleging harassment and stalking during her employment from 2021 to 2022.
West, 47, refuted those allegations, calling them baseless, and accused Pisciotta of extortion. He has not yet responded to the new accusations.
The lawsuit includes several alarming claims. Pisciotta states West engaged in disturbing sexual behavior, including fantasies about sleeping with the mothers of his targets, even those close to his wife, Bianca Censori.
Pisciotta, who was employed by West’s Yeezy brand, recounts first meeting him through a client who had been invited to an event co-hosted by West and Combs.
Legal documents reveal that West allegedly handed her a drink, after which she became disoriented and impaired.
Her recollection of the evening is vague, but she remembers feeling ashamed the next day. Her client, who attended the party with her, declined to discuss the night’s events.
Years later, Pisciotta claims she uncovered the full story during West’s final weeks as her employer. Initially believing a studio assistant had drugged her and that she had returned home safely, she alleges West revealed what truly happened at the event.
Pisciotta believes West’s former spouse, likely Kim Kardashian, misunderstood their relationship and suspected an affair. She says she wanted to correct the misconception, but West advised her not to contact Kardashian due to what occurred at the party.
According to the lawsuit, West acknowledged a brief encounter with Pisciotta but left out critical details when speaking to Kardashian.
Pisciotta asserts that had Kardashian known she was drugged and assaulted, she would not have made the remark suggesting an affair.
Elsewhere in the legal filing, Pisciotta portrays West as having a predatory and manipulative personality, using his celebrity status to satisfy his sexual urges without concern for others.
The lawsuit further accuses him of openly discussing his intimate experiences with Pisciotta and others, even admitting to filming these incidents.
She also claims West exploited his influence at companies like Adidas and Gap to bring women into the country under dubious job titles, pressuring them to sign confidentiality agreements. These women were allegedly subjected to inappropriate behavior.
Additional allegations state that West would “offer” women to friends and colleagues. Pisciotta contends that West attempted this with her as well, though he was unsuccessful.
West’s current spouse, Bianca Censori, whom he met while she worked at Yeezy in 2020, is often in the public eye due to her revealing outfits, while West typically appears fully dressed.
In inappropriate messages, West reportedly expressed a desire to sleep with Censori’s mother, among other unsettling behavior. The lawsuit also describes incidents such as West boasting about a sexual encounter with a model and a bottle of wine.
The legal action concludes with Pisciotta accusing West of using his industry connections to exploit women, crossing personal boundaries, and abusing his power for his gratification.
West’s representatives have yet to issue a statement regarding the latest legal claims.
