Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, the attorney for a new Sean “Diddy” Combs victim, claims she has been contacted about the “sale of one of the Diddy tapes.”
Mitchell-Kidd declined to specify who was in the video, but said say Combs and someone “more high-profile” could be seen on it.
“There already have been tapes leaking around Hollywood being shopped around, but one particular person contacted me to shop a particular video,” Mitchell-Kidd said Friday on “Banfield.” “I can tell the video was pornographic. This was in his Atlanta home, and it does seem like the person isn’t looking into the video. To me, it doesn’t seem like that person knows they’re being videotaped.”
Mitchell-Kidd also gave disturbing details regarding an alleged rape that occurred between Combs and one of her new clients in 2018, stating that her client filed a police report at the time.
“She reached out to me a few weeks ago. She called me and told me about her assault and her escape,” Mitchell-Kidd said. “She was at a friend’s house who had industry ties, and Diddy decided to come to the house.”
Mitchell-Kidd claimed her client realized that Combs intended to sex-traffic her once he arrived.

“It led to her being served a drink. She started to feel woozy. Combs sexually assaulted her with an inanimate object. … And then directed another gentleman to sexually assault her while he watched and pleasured himself,” Mitchell-Kidd said.
Mitchell-Kidd claimed her client was able to flee, rushing into the streets, adding that a neighbor allegedly witnessed the escape.
The federal investigation against Combs discovered multiple serious allegations against the music mogul, who is presently detained in a New York City jail awaiting his court appearance.
The music producer was indicted last week on three felony charges, following months of rumors about a probable federal investigation into a string of civil cases alleging abuse and sexual assault by several victims spanning more than 30 years.
Following his arrest, Combs’ attorney, Marc Agnifilo, issued a statement urging the public to hold judgment until all of the facts were known, emphasizing that Combs had cooperated with the investigation.
“He is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal,” he said.
