Cardi B and Offset’s relationship hit a boiling point on Wednesday, September 25, after Offset accused Cardi of cheating on him while she was pregnant. During an Instagram Live session, Cardi B, 31 (real name Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar), confronted Offset, 32 (real name Kiari Kendrell Cephus), who accused her of infidelity during her pregnancy. Offset commented, “U f–ked with a baby inside tell the truth!!,” according to reports from Hollywood Unlocked and E!.
In response, Cardi took to X and commented, “AND DID !!!!!!,” leading fans to speculate that she was confirming Offset’s accusation. She later added on X, “A hurt Nikka will do the unthinkable.”
On Instagram Live, Cardi expressed her mixed feelings about their relationship, stating she was grateful for her three children but regretted her ex. “But f— you, I regret you,” she said. “I’m too good for you. I’ve always been too good for you.”
Cardi also mentioned the ongoing tension between them, saying, “Since you wanna f—ing threaten me, talking about you wanna take my s—, you wanna take my s— because I’m moving on? Move on. Move on. Why can’t you move on?” She hinted that their legal battles might get intense, remarking, “It’s no fun when Mama’s got the gun, right? Now we’re going to court war, right?”
Representatives for both Cardi B and Offset have not responded to requests for comment.
The couple, who share three children—daughter Kulture Kiari Cephus, son Wave Set Cephus, and a baby girl born in September 2024—have had an on-again, off-again relationship since they first sparked romance rumors in 2017. Offset proposed in October of that year, though it was later revealed they had already secretly married in September 2017.
Cardi filed for divorce from Offset twice, first in September 2020 and again in July 2024, shortly before announcing she was pregnant with their third child. The baby was born just a month later, marking another twist in their tumultuous relationship.
